Understanding the shared web hosting company

Shared hosting is the most effective way of hosting the company. It is immensely popular among small and medium size enterprise.

The reason of its popularity is the lower rate service. They are highly affordable because the resources of one server are shared between number of website companies.

Shared hosting advantages

As compare to all other hosting services, Shared hosting is much cheaper and easier to manage. All the complex operations are manage by the hosting company, user do not have to worry about server maintenance, installing updates, updating operating system or any other technicalities. You just have to run your website, without taking any stress of server configuration or installation.

Shared hosting disadvantages

One of the major drawback of shared Linux hosting and shared Windows Hosting is- performance of one website can have the negative effect on any other website on the same server. If one site experiences large number of traffic, then the speed of other sites will decline to such a point that they may stop working.

However, some prestigious web hosting company, know how to fight with this situation. They regularly monitor the performance of the server, and in this situation, they temporally shut down the server or they have another alternative.

Another disadvantage of shared hosting services is that the customer has limited access towards customizing the website. Sometimes it also happens a kind of web-application or program, which a company wants to use in its site, requires specific software or add-ons, which is not present in your server. In this case, your shared hosting provider may be unable to install that feature just for the sake of single customer.

A good shared hosting provider-

Shared hosting operates at its best even for a website which has large number of traffic daily. The thing that only matters is how efficient your web-host provider is. Good  Web Hosting Company constantly monitor the server and avoid overloading of number of websites. They should be efficient enough to quickly resolve any problem related to the server.

If your web host server fulfills these necessities, then you can easily rely on them and forget the risk and cost associated with your website.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!

  4. Outstanding info it is surely. My father has been searching for this information.
